Faith Promise Giving is not about increasing offerings or reaching missions goals. It does accomplish those things, but it is actually about Obedience to Christ. It is a way for all of us to reach new levels of obedience to the lord and His last Great Commission to all who follow Him. It is a plan that works and results in the blessings of God to enable us to send His message of a salvation to a lost and dying world.
God uses the principles of faith to change us, bless us, and work through us in getting the message of the work He died on the cross to do; the salvation of man. This is too great a job for anyone of us to do alone. But this Great Commission is not too big a task for those who allow God to work through them to do the extraordinary, and that job must be done by faith.
